Hays County Animal Advocates is a collection of concerned citizens, local rescue partners, animal welfare organizations, pet-friendly service providers, businesses and community members committed to working together with the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter, PAWS, local government and other stakeholders to improve the health and well-being of pets in Hays County and work towards a 90% live outcome rate.
